DJ Lord OTB – Rewind 9

Award-winning Ghanaian disc jockey DJ Lord OTB returns with “Rewind 9,” the ninth instalment of his popular throwback mix series. This edition takes listeners back to the early 2000s, bringing together classic pop and rap songs that dominated the music scene during that period.

The mixtape features memorable records from international stars such as Nelly, Sisqo and other artistes whose music helped define the early 2000s. DJ Lord OTB carefully selects songs that bring back memories of the era while creating an enjoyable listening experience for both longtime fans and younger audiences.

With “Rewind 9,” the Ghanaian DJ revisits a period when pop and hip-hop produced numerous hits that remain popular today. From catchy choruses to familiar rap verses, the selection captures the sounds that once filled radio stations, parties and music television channels.

One of the interesting aspects of this edition is DJ Lord OTB’s ability to connect different records through smooth transitions. Rather than simply playing one song after another, he maintains a consistent flow that allows listeners to enjoy the mixtape from beginning to end.

The release also continues his commitment to keeping older music relevant through his Rewind series. Each instalment gives listeners an opportunity to revisit songs from previous years while appreciating the artistes who contributed to different periods in music history.

For those who enjoyed the international pop and rap scene of the early 2000s, “Rewind 9” offers a familiar collection of sounds. It is equally suitable for younger listeners interested in discovering some of the songs that shaped mainstream music during that era.

Whether you are relaxing, travelling or spending time with friends, this mixtape provides a selection of classic records worth revisiting.
