AlorG

AlorG, born Alodia Kusi-Gyamfi, is a Ghanaian singer and songwriter from Taifa in Accra. Born in 2005, he represents a new generation of Ghanaian musicians combining Afrobeats with elements of Hip Hop, Highlife, hiplife and Afropop. His music is strongly influenced by his personal experiences, with lyrics that often explore ambition, emotional struggles, friendship, faith and the challenges young people face.

He gained wider attention through “Free My Mind,” a song released with BHADMAYORS. Its success led to a remix featuring British music group NSG in July 2024, helping introduce AlorG to listeners outside Ghana. He strengthened his growing reputation later that year with his debut EP, Down I’m A Rebel. The eight-track project includes songs such as “Lonely and Paranoid,” “For Di Road,” “Chameleon” and the title track. It addresses themes including isolation, mental health, oppression, hope and resilience.

AlorG continued building his catalogue with songs including “20,” “Save Me,” “Sabali,” “No Au Revoir” and “Put It On God,” a collaboration with Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie. In 2026, he followed with releases such as “My Brothers,” “Tomorrow” and “Champions” featuring Camidoh. His ability to combine honest storytelling with modern African rhythms has positioned him among the promising young musicians emerging from Ghana.
