DJ Sedan – Lasmid Mix

Ghanaian disc jockey DJ Sedan puts the spotlight on Lasmid with a new mixtape simply titled “Lasmid Mix.” The project brings together songs from the Ghanaian singer’s catalogue in one continuous listening session.

Running for approximately 50 minutes and 29 seconds, the mixtape gives Lasmid fans nearly an hour of music selected and arranged by DJ Sedan. The mix includes songs such as “Liquor Store,” “Biggest Nathaniel,” “Olivia,” “Running,” “Sika,” “Issue,” “Puul” and “Atele,” alongside other records from the singer.

Lasmid has developed a catalogue that moves comfortably between Afrobeats, Afropop and contemporary Ghanaian sounds. His ability to combine catchy melodies with relatable lyrics has helped him build an audience both in Ghana and outside the country.

DJ Sedan uses the new mix to gather different moments from Lasmid’s musical journey into a single package. Instead of listeners moving from one song to another individually, the mixtape provides a continuous sequence that can be enjoyed at home, on the road, at gatherings or anywhere a longer Lasmid playlist is needed.

The “Lasmid Mix” also arrives as another artiste-focused project from DJ Sedan, who regularly creates mixes dedicated to individual Ghanaian and international musicians.

Whether you have followed Lasmid for years or recently discovered his music, this mixtape provides a convenient collection of his records in one session.
