The original “Tonight” marked another release in Baba Tundey’s 2026 musical activities, following songs such as “Elevation” and “Gangster Love.”

Its September release introduced a different side of the musician’s catalogue, with the recording gaining attention among listeners interested in contemporary Ghanaian Afrosounds.

Rather than leaving the song as a standalone recording, Baba Tundey has returned with a remix featuring an expanded lineup.
