He stressed that, despite the challenges posed by the condition, it is possible to overcome life’s obstacles with determination and perseverance.
Reflecting on his own journey, Adekunle Gold acknowledged the lifelong struggle he has faced since being diagnosed with sickle cell at birth. He expressed thankfulness for being able to manage the condition, stating that while he does not entirely understand why he does not get sick as frequently, he is grateful for his health.
