“Baggage” returns to personal reflection with a clear emotional center. Built around minimal instrumentation, the track uses subtle percussion and atmospheric keys to frame Ayisi’s voice. The restraint in production mirrors the theme of holding on to emotional weight.
Ayisi addresses unresolved memories and the quiet pressure that accompanies them. His writing encourages release without urgency, acknowledging that letting go is a gradual process. The performance remains composed, expressing vulnerability without collapse.
“Baggage” strengthens Evergreen 2.0 through its measured introspection. The song resonates through honesty rather than dramatic tension.
