His breakthrough recordings, including “Baby” and “Beginning,” introduced his music to audiences across Nigeria, Ghana and other African countries.

He later achieved further recognition with “Sip (Alcohol),” which became one of his most successful international releases.

With “Pretty Girls,” the singer introduces another recording whose title immediately draws attention to beauty and attraction.

The song’s production brings together three contributors with experience in contemporary music.

Kevin Chukwunenye Akpevwe, professionally recognised as BeatsByKO, has previously worked with Joeboy on recordings from his earlier projects.

Steven Michael Marsden, also known as Di Genius, is a Jamaican producer and songwriter whose work extends across dancehall and international pop music.

Anthony Kelly also contributes to the production, bringing another creative name into the recording’s credits.

Their involvement makes “Pretty Girls” a collaboration between producers with different musical backgrounds.

The composition credits identify Joseph Akinfenwa-Donus, Derick Junior Obuobie and Steven Michael Marsden as contributors to the songwriting.

Joeboy’s involvement in the composition reflects his continued participation in developing the music he performs.

Beyond his individual releases, the singer has expanded his career through his Young Legend record label, established to support emerging musical talent.

His previous albums, including Somewhere Between Beauty & Magic, Body & Soul and Viva Lavida, have contributed to his growing discography.

“Pretty Girls” provides another opportunity for listeners to explore his music and follow his latest creative activities.

The recording also brings together Nigerian and Jamaican production influences through the people involved behind the scenes.

For supporters who enjoy Joeboy’s Afropop recordings, the song is another addition to their playlists.
