Ghanaian rapper and singer Joey B teamed up with the talented collective La Même Gang on “Stables,” a hip-hop anthem that celebrates friendship, loyalty and the new wave of Ghanaian music. The single was officially released on 28 August 2018 under World Records and was produced by Altra Nova (NOVA).
The idea behind “Stables” goes beyond music. According to Joey B, the “stable” represents his circle of close friends—his “horsemen”—who have remained by his side throughout his journey. He also explained that the song was created to show love to La Même Gang, describing them as family and one of the most exciting groups representing the next generation of Ghanaian music.

The record features standout contributions from members of La Même Gang, with Darkovibes delivering the memorable hook while the collective brings its signature alternative hip-hop and Afro-fusion style to the song. Joey B’s relaxed flow blends naturally with the youthful energy of the group, creating a collaboration that feels fresh and authentic from start to finish.

An official music video directed by David Duncan accompanied the release, further highlighting the chemistry between Joey B and La Même Gang.
