Darkoo, has officially joined forces with the celebrated Afro-dancehall titan and “Asiwaju” superstar, Ruger, for a high-fidelity and hard-hitting masterpiece titled “SOLAR.” Released on March 20, 2026, this world-class collaboration finds the melodic powerhouse switching to a new tempo that fuses her signature husky Afro-swing vocals with Ruger’s infectious, high-energy dancehall rhythms.
The song is a spectacular masterpiece that thrives on a rhythmic grit and a polished production. Darkoo and Ruger delivered as usual, utilizing their seamless vocal chemistry—Darkoo’s smooth, effortless flow paired with Ruger’s bold and charismatic delivery—to create an anthem centered on vibrant energy, attraction, and global star power.
Coming off the back of Darkoo’s recent 2026 milestones, including the global success of her SNOKONOKO series, and Ruger’s dominance with hits like “What You Need,” this infectious record proves that these two industry titans can’t stop feeding us with mind-blowing masterpieces that resonate with the heart of the global music community.
