The Ghanaian Afropop sensation and “Terminator” hitmaker, King Promise, has officially teamed up with his long-time friend and emPawa Africa leader, Mr Eazi, for a high-fidelity masterpiece titled “That Way.” Released on February 6, 2026, this world-class collaboration serves as the lead single from their upcoming joint album, See What We’ve Done. This record finds the duo switching to a new tempo that brilliantly interpolates the Backstreet Boys’ 1999 classic “I Want It That Way” into a modern West African soundscape.
The song is a spectacular masterpiece that thrives on a rhythmic grit and a world-class production handled by the Grammy-winning duo JAE5 and GuiltyBeatz. Both King Promise and Mr Eazi delivered as usual, utilizing their signature silky vocals and laid-back delivery to create an infectious anthem of devotion and nostalgia.
