Jamaican dancehall star Masicka has just released an exciting new song titled “Whine All Night”, a standout track taken from his recently released project Her Name Is Love. The project, which dropped on December 19, 2025 via Def Jam Recordings, consists of eight songs crafted for fans’ listening pleasure and marks a fresh, more intimate direction in Masicka’s music. The title of the EP reflects themes of love, connection, romance, and appreciation, showcasing a blend of dancehall energy with emotional storytelling that broadens his artistic range. Masicka, born Javaun Fearon in Portmore, Saint Catherine Parish, Jamaica, is widely regarded as one of dancehall’s most versatile and lyrically skilled artists.

He first emerged on the Jamaican music scene with underground hits before breaking through with his debut album 438 in 2021, which peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Reggae Albums chart. His follow-up full-length project, Generation of Kings (2023), also reached No. 2 and expanded his sound to include Afrobeats and R&B influences alongside core dancehall rhythms. Over the years, Masicka has built a strong international following thanks to his rapid-fire delivery, raw storytelling, and ability to evolve stylistically.
